Promotions and Discount Policy

This Promotions and Discount Policy applies to promotional offers made by Purewellness Pty Ltd (“Purewellness”, “we”, “us” or “our”) through the Purewellness website. Individual promotions may have additional terms displayed with the relevant offer.

1. First Order Discount

New customers may receive $10 off their first eligible order using either of these promotional codes:

• FirstOrder

• PWFirst10

The following conditions apply:

• A minimum order value of $50, excluding shipping charges, is required.

• The discount applies to a customer’s first completed order only.

• Only one first-order code may be used per customer, household, account, email address, billing address or delivery address.

• Customers cannot use both first-order codes on the same order.

• The first-order discount may be used on all products, including sale products, discounted products, BOGO offers and Buy More, Save More offers.

• An eligible first order may also qualify for an advertised free gift.

• The discount has no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged or applied retrospectively.

• The discount cannot be used more than once by creating additional accounts or using alternative email addresses.

• If an order is cancelled, refunded or returned, the discount will not be reissued unless required by law or otherwise approved by Purewellness.

2. BOGO and Buy More, Save More Offers

Purewellness may offer promotions including:

• Buy One, Get One Free

• Buy Two, Get One Free

• Other advertised Buy More, Save More offers.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion:

• Each offer is limited to one free product per order.

• The offer applies only to participating products identified in the promotion.

• The required number of eligible products must be purchased in the same transaction.

• Where eligible products have different prices, the lowest-priced eligible product will be treated as the free product.

• The offer is subject to availability and is available only while promotional stock lasts.

• BOGO and Buy More, Save More offers may be combined with an eligible first-order discount and an applicable free-gift offer.

• Other discount codes, seasonal promotions or additional promotional offers cannot be combined with a BOGO or Buy More, Save More offer unless expressly stated.

• Free products cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or an alternative product.

• The promotion cannot be applied retrospectively to an order already placed.

• Purchase quantities may be limited where Purewellness reasonably believes an order is intended for unauthorised resale or promotional misuse.

If a qualifying product is returned and the remaining order no longer satisfies the promotion requirements, the free product must also be returned. If the free product is not returned, its advertised retail price may be deducted from the refund to the extent permitted by law.

3. Free-Gift Promotions

Purewellness may offer a complimentary gift when an order reaches an advertised spending threshold.

Unless the specific promotion expressly states otherwise:

• All purchased products may contribute towards the qualifying threshold, including sale products, discounted products and products purchased through BOGO or Buy More, Save More offers.

• The qualifying threshold will be stated in the relevant promotion.

• The threshold is calculated after discounts and promotional codes have been applied and excludes shipping charges and gift cards.

• The nominated free gift will be automatically added to the customer’s cart or order once the qualifying threshold has been reached.

• Customers should confirm that the free gift appears in their cart before completing checkout.

• The promotion is limited to one free gift per eligible order, unless otherwise stated.

• Free gifts are subject to availability and are offered only while promotional stock lasts.

• An eligible free-gift offer may be combined with the first-order discount, sale prices, BOGO offers and Buy More, Save More offers.

• Purewellness may substitute an unavailable gift with another product of equal or greater value, provided this is consistent with the advertised promotion and applicable law.

• Free gifts cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash, a discount or store credit.

If products are returned and the retained order value falls below the required promotional threshold, the free gift must also be returned. If it is not returned, the gift’s advertised retail price may be deducted from the refund to the extent permitted by law.

Any exclusions applying to a free-gift promotion will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms.

4. Sale and Discounted Products

Products offered at a sale, clearance, reduced or specially discounted price remain eligible for:

• The eligible $10 first-order discount; and

• Applicable free-gift promotions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, sale, clearance and already-discounted products are not eligible for:

• Additional discount codes;

• Seasonal discounts or promotional deals; or

• Any other combined promotional offer.

If a sale product is included in a BOGO or Buy More, Save More promotion, the terms displayed with that specific promotion will apply.

5. Promotion Availability and Changes

All promotions are subject to their advertised commencement and closing dates, eligibility requirements and stock availability.

Purewellness may amend, suspend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, including because of stock shortages, technical errors, fraud, misuse or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any amendment or withdrawal will apply to future orders and will not affect eligible orders already accepted by Purewellness, except where required or permitted by law.

Purewellness may verify a customer’s eligibility and reject, cancel or reverse a promotional benefit where we reasonably believe:

• The promotion has been used fraudulently or contrary to these terms;

• Multiple accounts or orders have been created to obtain repeated benefits;

• An order has been manipulated to satisfy promotional requirements; or

• A genuine website, pricing or promotional-code error has occurred.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
