Purewellness Australian Organic 100% Pumpkin Powder is made from 100% Australian organic butternut pumpkins that have been pureed and then dried using an innovative low temperature drying process.  The gentle nature of this technology ensures the nutrients, flavour volatiles and colour of the Pumpkin is not damaged during processing. The powder is packaged to ensure the product remains free-flow and the nutrients are protected from degradation.
