Purewellness Australian 100% Pear Powder is made from Australian Pear puree that has been dried using an innovative low temperature drying process.  The gentle nature of this technology ensures the nutrients, flavour volatiles and colour of the Pear are not damaged during processing.  The powder is packaged to ensure the product remains free-flow and the nutrients are protected from degradation.
