Australian Brown Linseed (Flaxseed) Meal
Linseed meal is also commonly known as flaxseed meal (ground linseeds). The key health benefits of ground linseed meal is that it is low GI, rich in dietary fibre, it is one of nature’s richest sources of Omega-3. It is great to mix into cereals, muesli, muffins and breads.
Perfect to sprinkle over breakfast cereals, fruit and yoghurt, stir into water or juice or add to your recipe when baking. A little goes a long way, so don’t forget to drink plenty of water!
