Each capsule contains:     
Green lipped mussel dried (Perna canaliculus flesh dry)                                        500 mg

No added wheat, gluten, yeast, milk derivatives, eggs, soy bean products, lactose, sugars, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Contains animal products, seafoods (shellfish), sodium and residual sulfites.

Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with meals, or as directed by your health professional.
