Amino Acids

Amino Acids are an essential nutrient, critical in muscle maintenance, tissue repair, immunity and control of bodily processes. BCAA’s are a common amino acid and can increase exercise efficiency while also assisting in muscle recovery and lessening the feeling of post-workout fatigue. Arginine and Glutamine are also popular amino acids and as well as assiting in protein synthesis for workout recovery, can also be used to help manage high blood pressure and physical stress (for example, wound or infection healing).
