• Same-Day Dispatch: Place your order before 11:00 AM (AEST) on a business day, and we’ll dispatch it the same day. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday.
• Delivery Times:
  • Metropolitan areas: 1-3 business days.
  • Regional areas: 3-7 business days.
  • Remote locations: Up to 12 business days.

International Shipping

As part of our global expansion, we now deliver worldwide, with a special focus on regions like New Zealand, the USA, and the Philippines. We carefully select cost-effective and efficient services to ensure your orders arrive in great condition.

• Delivery Times:
  • New Zealand: 5-10 business days.
  • USA and the Philippines: 10-15 business days.

Free Local Pickup

For our local customers, we offer a free local pickup option at our warehouse:

• Hours: (Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM) & (Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM)
• Notification: We’ll notify you once your order is ready for pickup.
• Payment Option: You can pay online or in cash (for local pickup only) at the time of pickup!
